The values shown represent median round-trip latencies from Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 resolver for each of the authoritative nameservers for the selected top-level domain. For anycasted authoritative nameservers, we expect upstream queries to generally be from a topologically-close Cloudflare data center, and that median values across samples from all vantage points will be lower than for nameservers that are not deployed using anycast.
